We are currently seeking unqualified SUPPORT WORKERS to support children and young adults with learning disabilities and autism within a beautiful residential school based in acres of woodland, with the following employee benefits:

Up to £21,200 per annum
PLUS
sleep-ins paid at £78.48 – £87.20 per sleep (1 sleep per week average)
PLUS
a market supplement of £1,200.00 per year (pro rata).

This role includes a Welcome Bonus of £1500 (subject to Tax/NI) after successful completion of the 6-month probation period.

Shifts: Choices of x3 15 hour shifts per week, a mixture of long and short shifts over 4 days per week; or x5 8 hour shifts per week

Night Awake shifts also available.

Some sleeps will be required and shifts will sometimes fall at weekends and bank holidays.
