CHILDREN’S HOME – SUPPORT WORKER – NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY*
Salary: £23,600 +
PLUS FULLY FUNDED CAREER PROGRESSION TO MANAGEMENT

I recruit exclusively in Children & Young People’s Residential and Educational services across the UK for some of the UK’s leading children’s services.
I have some FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITIES for those who are PASSIONATE about supporting VULNERABLE CHILDREN but have NO RELEVANT EXPERIENCE, or experienced support workers looking for a NEW CHALLENGE.
My client is a provider of OUTSTANDING children’s homes, and is looking for a dedicated child-focused team for their CHILDREN’S HOMES across the HEREFORDSHIRE REGION.
Full time/part time, shift pattern: 1 shift on 2 days off OR 2 shifts on 4 days off
PLUS sleep-in, complete block shifts and enjoy long periods of free time for a work-life balance
FULLY FUNDED NVQ LEVEL 3/4 IN RESIDENTIAL CHILDCARE – enabling you to progress to management.
Here, you’ll join a home from home, located in Herefordshire alongside a supportive team, caring for young Children of a mixed gender. The role is both phyiscally and emotionally challenging at times but the rewards far outweigh those challenges, working to encourage children to transform with life-changing results!
There are potential options for FLEXIBLE WORKING.
Many people working in this industry struggle to find a work-life balance and this is provided by my client in an effort to ensure the young people they care for have the best support possible, and staff are happy, in a difficult period for the care sector.
There are also SENIOR/SHIFT LEADER/MANAGERIAL opportunities for those who have experience of working in a Children’s Residential setting, and who are level 3/5 qualified (where salary increases).
There are also opportunities for those who don’t have that experience, but do have a PASSION for this type of work, which can be extremely rewarding. There will also be opportunities to PROGRESS to managerial level and receive FULLY FUNDED CHILDREN RELATED QUALIFICATIONS.
