Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee a beautiful home in Telford. Supporting young people within an EBD setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day operations of the homes, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.
* Support and guide staff to deliver high-quality care to residents.
* Collaborate with the HR and legal teams to maintain compliance and best practices.
* Contribute to the establishment of new homes as we expand our services.
* Foster a positive team environment where all Registered Managers can collaborate effectively.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a management role within the children’s care sector.
* Strong understanding of the relevant legislation and regulations.
* Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Level 5 in Leadership & Management.
